She took it from there and gave us a great kitchen design that is not only beautiful, but really functional. We both work, so the workers came and went without us hardly seeing them. "Heritage Renovations did an attic conversion for us. We had met with a few other people first, but didn't feel confident in turning them loose with our home. A friend at church had us call Dan. He came out and did an assessment of the possibilities and gave us our options. We hired him to draw up a plan on his computer so that we could envision what the project would look like. The software was amazing! We got to see our home, redesigned in his plan. We both really felt confident we had found the right contractor. It showed the stairs, the dormers, and the new layout of our new bonus room, bedroom and 3/4 bath. I never imagined the new living space that was possible in our old attic!
